#6. Become a bottom feeder on the food pyramid. (See attached Pyramid) Americans eat too much, choose foods unwisely, waste a fortune on unnecessary supplements and are uninformed about how to effectively change their dietary habits. This is not a pretty picture – each year, Americans spend $30 Billion on weight-loss products and services. Hopefully, you are un-American in this respect. Spend more on fruits and vegetables, whole grains, bottled water and less on fat, alcohol and sugary desserts. Dedicate yourself to the production of an award winning fluffy floater every day.
